Beyond the Dashboard: Data, Technology and Value in the Future of NHS Radiology

We were thrilled to collaborate with Dr Umang Patel, Chief Clinical Information Officer at Microsoft, to host a workshop at the 13th NHS Radiology Conference on aligning with the NHS 10-Year Plan. Together, we explored practical steps for delivering sustainable capacity growth and improving patient outcomes across the imaging pathway.

Radiology services sit at the heart of transformed healthcare as set out in the 10-year plan, but the systems, funding models, and metrics used to support them are still rooted in an analogue world. While demand has grown and technology has advanced, many radiology departments continue to rely on tools and models that were never designed for today’s complexity.
