Our CEO and co-founder, Dr Farzana Rahman, was invited to speak at the Radiology AI Summit 2025. Read below for her main takeaways of the event:
Had a brilliant time at last week's Radiology AI Summit 2025 at the London Institute for Healthcare Engineering (thanks to Hassan Chaudhury HonFAPM for inviting me).
My main takeaways were:
- Generative AI is changing the game in radiology, from generating images for training to enhancing image interpretation.
- Andrea Rockall gave a brilliant talk highlighting the environmental impact of using LLMs - the main takeaway I had was use Google where you can!
- There's a fine balance between regulation and innovation. Europe and the UK will have to get this right if they want to compete on the global stage.
